OTS Forum new features (SHOP TALK)

Some have noticed that OTS has a new Forum in effect. It's not that new, but it's been very active lately; We don't have anything to hide. It's all free to view and join to OTS members.. (just ask to join) OneTalentSource@aol.com;

Features it has;
BLOGGING - Keep us up to date with your talent.
PHOTOS - 20 photos can be added in your own gallery (comments can be added)
VOTING - option is great
SHARING PHOTOS - share your work
WORKSHOP and CASTING - let others know if you need work, photos and help.
FRIEND - add new contacts
CALENDAR and MORE COMING SOON...

Couple questions:

Is there a way to change your display name so it's not your login name, but keep your login name the same?

Is there a setting so that it doesn't log you out automatically so soon? Or is this just my browser?
