Where to even begin?

The models were stunningly top-notch, MUA Alicia was phenomenal, wardrobe was flawless, photographers were the BEST (such good lil' helpers!:cool:), and Marc and Robin were just *%@#$ good at what they do!

I had SO much fun with you all and I'm wondering if it may be a lil' too early to pencil me in for next year?????

I really hope to see ya'll again at S.O.S.

(I'll post some images soon after I finish that annoying thing I do in between naps called WORK!)

Emails of model releases are going out tonight. Thanks to all that came out and just had an amazing weekend of Fun, Food and lots of Fhotos. We are starting to plan the next one now. We never laughed so much in three days. I have a photo I did at sunrise next to the pool. Thou I wish I had more photos, I played the host and let you all take the shot.

I suppose the operative word there is CAN.

I had the car door open not paying attention & he snuck up on me, stuck his head down to the floorboard, and starting licking my toes! (No one heard me scream?) He got his horn stuck under the dash, so I had to push his head down to unhook him!

He spared me a head-butt so I'm kinda impartial to Billy!

I had a great time hanging out & getting to know the people behind the pictures. The girls were sooooo pretty and I'm at a loss to even pick a favorite because everyone did such a great job.

Hope to see you again @ SOS. I'm driving which means I can pack a ladder!!!!!!!!!! (Can you even imagine me trying to get that thing on the plane???)

I would rate the event A+. Kudo's to Marc, Robin and the models. My only regret is that I couldnt make it to all of the setups. Went from the Hill Country directly to Big Bend (http://www.phototx.net/images/2010bigbend/index.html)so I am a little late getting images edited and posted.

First and foremost I have to say this was one of the best photo experiences I have ever been to. It was an amazing weekend, and I took over 1900 images over the weekend. I looked through them while I uploaded from the camera and they were amazing.

and then my archive disk crashed, Not talking about having issues or running slow, CRASHED. I was devastated. not only were the 1900 images from the weekend on there, but also about 30,000 images I have taken over the last year. in fact it was pretty much every high resolution image I had. I took the drive to a data recovery specialist, who promptly sent it to Montana and their level 1 clean room facility. flash forward a week and a half or so and I just received the notification my drive has been deemed unrecoverable.

To all the models I worked with on this amazing weekend all I can offer is my most sincere and heartfelt apology for losing the images you helped me create. I hope to have the opportunity in the future to work with you all again, and I assure you the new 5 layer archive system I am implementing will assure this never happens again.

Sorry to hear that Robert. It's a hard lesson to learn but one you'll never forget again. I lost 2 years of my early digital work from 1999-2000.
